AI Photo Enhancer ("the App") is designed to respect your privacy. We do not require an account, and we do not collect personal information, contacts, location, or analytics that identify you.
When you tap Enhance Photo, the single photo you selected is sent over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection to our processing backend and to our AI processing provider (Replicate) for the sole purpose of producing the enhanced image. The enhanced result is returned to your device.
We do not store your photos on our servers. The AI provider may hold the image only transiently to deliver the result and removes it shortly afterwards. Your photos are never used to train models, sold, or used for advertising.
The App asks for permission to select a photo and to save the enhanced result back to your library. Access is used only for these actions, on your device.
Subscriptions and single-photo purchases are processed by Apple via the App Store. We never receive or store your payment details. Your free-usage count and purchased credits are kept locally on your device.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
